Fariba is the Founding member of Bayani Law Firm, a leading Atlanta-based law firm that specializes in personal injury, criminal defense, and family law. With over two decades of experience, Fariba has represented thousands of clients through complex civil and criminal matters.
 
A champion in the courtroom and in negotiation, Fariba has an outstanding track record of securing excellent results for her clients. Over the last decade, Fariba has taken on the biggest insurance companies and obtained millions of dollars on behalf of her injured clients to receive the compensation they deserve.
 
Before Fariba established Bayani Law Firm, she worked for the Fulton County Solicitor General as a prosecutor. While serving, she built a strong reputation for her tenacity in securing justice for her clients.
 
Fariba has received numerous awards and recognition for her outstanding work and client satisfaction, including being recognized by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys and DUI Attorneys.
 
Fariba plays a significant role in her community. She is the past President and current member of the Sandy Springs Bar Association. Additionally, Fariba served as Chairwoman of the Professional Organization of Iranian Americans — a non-profit and non-political organization dedicated to celebrating the achievements of the Iranian community in the USA.
 
A graduate of John Marshall Law, Fariba is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia. She is admitted to practice in all Georgia courts, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.
 
In addition to practicing law, Fariba is married to her high-school sweetheart and has three wonderful daughters.
